This page highlights some of the projects we have completed over the years.
This job was to retrofit 150 old slotted PC-board "card-key" lever locks with a new "proximity" system. This was at a local managed care facility that was once a motel. These new locks are perfect for this type of facility.
Old Lock
The new lock is a state-of-the-art proximity reader with no slot to fumble around for. It has an LED so it lights up and beeps when you unlock it with the wireless FOB. In this case we are using keychain-style prox FOB's. Simply touch the FOB to the black proximity reader on the face of the lock and the door will unlock. After 10 years this system is still fully functional.

This RV park had programmable AlarmLock electronic lever locks guarding the pool and other amenities but needed to add a community laundry room to the system to control access times using the same renter database as the other locks. We added an AlarmLock entry keypad to a double maglock with infrared request-to-exit (REX) detector and battery backup ensuring 24 hour access even during a power outage.

We only use commercial-grade equipment in all camera installations. They do cost a bit more, but they have a unbeatable warranty of 5 years to LIFETIME, depending on the model, and they are rated IP67 or better so they can be placed in direct sunlight and rain if you have no other choice. In this setting we mounted them on an RV camper that was being used as an office on a commercial property. They can be mounted just about anywhere.
